We're Phillip & Brooke Lirette, and New Orleans is more than our market. It's home.

Phillip moved to New Orleans from Baton Rouge to study history at UNO and never left. Brooke was born and raised here, a true New Orleans native. They met, fell in love, and bought their first home together in Gentilly. Phillip proposed on that front porch. That house didn't just become the foundation of their life together. It sparked both of their careers in real estate.

Phillip has been a licensed agent since 2017 and Brooke since 2019. Together as Team Lirette, they've spent nearly a decade helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Greater New Orleans Area with honesty, warmth, and local knowledge that only comes from actually living here.

They believe real estate should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property you've loved, or building an investment portfolio in Southeast Louisiana, Phillip and Brooke will be right beside you, keeping you informed, anticipating challenges, and making sure no detail gets missed.

When they're not working with clients, you'll find them running through City Park, watching sailboats on Lake Pontchartrain, hunting down the best bites across New Orleans, cheering on the Saints, Pelicans, and Tigers, and spending time with their toddler, their dog Sophie, and their family and friends.
