Hi, I’m Phillip Lirette, a proud resident of New Orleans for nearly twenty years. Originally from Baton Rouge, I made my way to the Crescent City to attend the University of New Orleans, where I earned my degree in history with a focus on this city’s vibrant past. My time at UNO deepened my love for New Orleans, from its culture and architecture to its welcoming people, and eventually led me to buy my first home right down the street in Gentilly. That experience was a turning point for me, sparking my passion for helping others achieve their own homeownership dreams.

Today, as a real estate agent with almost a decade of experience, I’m dedicated to helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the local market with confidence. I believe real estate should be both exciting and educational. My goal is to make sure my clients understand every step of the process, from market trends and pricing to negotiations and closing. By communicating clearly, anticipating challenges, and focusing on the details, I work to make each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me running through City Park, biking along the Tammany Trace, or spending time with my wife, our family, and our old dog Sophie. I’m also a big fan of the Pelicans, Saints, and LSU Tigers, and I love being part of the energy that makes New Orleans such a special place to call home.
