Phillip Lirette
Real Estate Agent

Hi, I'm Phillip Lirette. Growing up in Baton Rouge, my family visited New Orleans often and I was drawn to it every single time. The history, the culture, the diversity. It always felt like a city for everyone. So when it came time for college I chose the University of New Orleans, earned my degree in history, bought my first home in Gentilly, and never looked back.

That experience of buying my first home, the excitement, the nerves, figuring it all out for the first time, is exactly why I love working with first-time homebuyers most. I remember what it felt like to not know what I didn't know. So I take my time, answer every question, and make sure my clients actually understand every step of the process. Real estate should feel exciting, not overwhelming, and I genuinely love being the person who makes that happen.

I've been a licensed agent since 2017 and I hold the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation as well as the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification. I'm also a member of the NOMAR Leadership Academy Class of 2026 and serve on the Board of Directors of the University of New Orleans Alumni Association, a role that keeps me deeply connected to the city and community I love.

I work with buyers, sellers, and investors across the Greater New Orleans Area. You'll find me running through City Park most mornings, spending time with my family in Gentilly and Lakeview, cheering on the Saints, Pelicans, and Tigers, and doing all of it alongside our toddler, my wife Brooke, and our dog Sophie.

Whether you're a first-time buyer, a seasoned seller, or a savvy investor, I'd love to help. Let's talk.
